Traditional Lady of the Lake pattern in undyed cotton/linen and naturally dyed silks. All silks dyed by the artist; natural dyes include Pacific Madrone bark, avocado, and cutch, with iron mordants. Cotton, linen, silk, wool; polyester machine sewing thread. Machine pieced, hand quilted with sashiko thread, handsewn binding.
