How soon will my item arrive?
Orders are shipped once a week, except in the case of pre-orders whose expected ship dates are listed on their respective product pages. All prints ordered before 5pm PST on Wednesdays are shipped the following Thursdays from Portland, OR.
My purchase is a gift / special occasion item / I need it right away.
Please reach out before purchasing if you have special requests. We will do our best to accommodate them.
Can you ship Internationally?
Yes! At this time we do not offer international shipping through the site, but are happy to send prints outside the US. Please email with the print you’re interested in and the best shipping address so we can generate an invoice for you.
I want my print to come framed; how can I order what I see on the site?
Framing selections will be offered for each piece in the near future. These vary by piece; if an item shows no framing options, that piece is not offered sold in a frame at this time. Apologies but we are unable to accept custom frame requests.

The studio and print shop is a small operation; to help streamline tasks, we answer emails twice a week. If it has been more than 5 business days since you’ve reached out, please follow up. We sincerely thank you for your patience and perseverance.
Can I return my print and receive a refund?
All artwork sales are final. Every effort is made to accurately represent the work on the website for your consideration. However, it is important to us that you are happy; please reach out to hello@elizabethmcmurtry.com with concerns or questions.
My print was damaged in the mail. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately if your print is damaged during shipping, and do not discard your shipping and packing materials. All prints are shipped insured and we will ensure you are compensated or receive new materials, depending on your circumstances.
